the superior double room was super comfy and clean, loved how quiet it was in the hallways for a good night's sleep. breakfast was delish, so many options and served right to my room by a friendly waitress. staff were really helpful, helped with getting food delivered to my room after I missed dinner. the leisure club is amaze as well, big pool for some family fun. overall, great vibes!
but the dining service was a bit on the slow side, waited too long for menus and orders. also, the bathroom was kinda dated and could use some improvement.

The Superior Twin Room was spacious, but we faced disturbances from noisy children.

missingWrote a review on 04 Julspacious roomexcellent poolservice delays
The Superior Twin Room provided ample space, which was great for a couple looking to spread out. The leisure club stood out with a well-maintained 25-meter pool, perfect for both relaxation and family activities.
Navigating the evening dining experience proved challenging due to slow service. multiple reports noted extended wait times for menus and orders. Noise from maintenance work outside persisted into the early hours, making it hard to sleep, particularly for those in front-facing rooms. the cleaning standards fell short, with reports of dirty carpets and bathrooms that could definitely use some TLC.

The check-in at Charleville Park Hotel felt smooth, and the staff immediately stood out with their accommodating attitude. I requested dinner and a late checkout online, which was arranged without fuss. Despite missing dinner, the receptionist, Amy, organized a food delivery from a local restaurant. That was a lifesaver after a long drive. The room itself had a straightforward, clean design, perfect for a comfortable sleep. I loved how quiet it was in the corridors, ensuring a peaceful night. Breakfast went above expectations, with a great selection served right to my room by a friendly waitress. it wasn’t all perfect. the bathroom showed signs of wear, and the carpets, while clean, could use some updating. there were issues with the dining experience on the whole. Wait times for menus and orders during busy times felt a bit long. despite these hiccups, I felt the value for money was excellent, and I’d definitely consider returning.
